We have over 60 licensing and continuing education courses to choose from and, because you are a Superior agent, all courses you elect to take are free! Where applicable, we’ll even notify the Department of Insurance of the courses you’ve completed that count towards your CE or licensing requirements.

We simply ask that you answer a few questions about bolt access and you’ll be on your way to earning CE credits – at your leisure.

How much does it cost?
The courses are free to Superior Members, however state filing fees (where applicable) are the responsibility of the student.

How do I determine which classes are applicable to my license?
State licensing requirements are located on the Virtual University website. Simply click on the state requirement icon.

What if I forget my user name or password?
The Virtual University offers full customer support so you can email or call customer service for assistance.

What happens if I discontinue my membership with Superior Access?
If you discontinue your membership with bolt access, you will no longer have access to the Virtual University.

After I have completed the course, how can I obtain a certificate of completion?
After successfully passing and completing the course, you can print the certificate of completion directly from the website.

How do I register with the state licensing board?
Once you have completed and passed the course, the hours are automatically reported to the respective state insurance board. Students are responsible for state filing fees where applicable.
